- Parent Login – Unique Usernames and Passwords can be created by the school Administrator for Parents to log onto the Parent Portal.
- Child’s Personal Details – Surname / Forename / First Name / Gender / DOB / Year / House / Address / Medical Details
- Attendance Reports – Attendance / Authorised Absences / Unauthorised Absences / Possible Attendance / Approved Education Activity / Late before Reg. Closed / Unexplained Absences – (All information is provided in a table and graph format)
- Childs Contact Information – Contact Priority / Relationship / Parental Responsibility / Home No. / Work No. / Mobile No. (If Parents are Divorced or Separated then separate logins are created and details can be hidden)
- Behaviour – Shows the positive and negative behaviour of a child.
- Grades – Target Levels / Target Grades / Full Year Grades / Autumn / Winter / Spring / Summer. (Schools can determine how grades are to be shown. Grades are presented in a table and graph format)
- Cashless Catering – Parents can view how much credit is left on child’s card. Has the ability to see if child is eating well.
- Timetable – View child lessons for the up and coming week or the following week.
- Online Newsletters – Saves the school money and time on printing and mailing. Parents can access up to date information. Ability to show up and coming events, school sport results.
- Parent Community Section – Discussion Boards / Support for Parents / Term and Holiday Dates / Homework Timetables / Updates and Podcast from Head Teachers and Staff.
