Parent Portal is a bespoke, fully customisable, web-based application created by Concept 247 in partnership with St Paul's Catholic College, and with input from teachers, parents and school governors. Compliant to government legislation, which states that by 2010 all schools must have an integrated learning and management system, the Parent Portal has been created to bring about innovative educational transformation.

The application utilizes information from an already existing MIS database which includes data on attendance, behaviour, personal information and progress. The Parent Portal displays this data through an online environment -where parents can engage in their child’s education.

All parents have a personal secure log-in to the school’s customised Parent Portal which can be accessed at any time online. This enables parents to view their child’s data and relevant school news in the Portal; it also enables communication with the appropriate staff and other parents in the school’s community section.
